Pony has always seen steam as the perfect ally for finishing, but steam is also worldwide recognized for its power against all types of viruses, bacteria, fungi, etc. Given the new requirements in sanitizing, Pony has enriched its range of steam generators with new specific accessories for this function, in order to give support to small and medium companies in this new context.
Health experts have confirmed that steam can clean and sanitize the surfaces in stores, shelves, and work rooms as well as garments worn by customers in clothing stores, in addition to its countless applications already known in the past as for metal washing, wood deformation, disinfection in dairy farms, sanitation of wine barrels, etc.
Pony, therefore, proposes SANI-BABY, a specific series of electric steam generators with a manual water supply and a comprehensive series of accessories; a 4-wheel tool trolley with a height adjustable rod (from 1.0 to 1.8 m) and three interchangeable accessories with a simple quick coupling:
- Professional iron model BABY
- SUSY brush
- VERTIGO device
- SANI-BABY 2.3 with 2,3 lt. boiler (1,0 kW) controlled by thermostat and pressure switch, guarantees an autonomy of up to 4 hours.
- SANI-BABY 4.0 with 4,0 lt. boiler (1,5 kW) controlled by thermostat and pressure switch, guarantees an autonomy of up to 5 hours.

This packing machine is used in the packaging sector because it allows of enveloped the clothes both in the superior part and in that inferior. The superior machine can weld both horizontal and tilted (-- -- / \). Today with this new model is possible the regulation pneumatically the height of the inferior settling bar, finally finding an application in the laundry.
Senior
Pony offers a wide range of professional irons that meets every kind of iron requirement.
Available models are:
- Senior TT, with patented Triple Touch System is the first electric steam iron with a universal handle, that’s perfectly ergonomic for both right and left-handed operators. The tapered shape of the sole guarantees flawless ironing even on hard-to-reach areas.

Serbatoi
Electric steam generators with ball-cock water level control. The electric steam generators of the INOX series, with the body of the boiler entirely made of STAINLESS STEEL AISI 304, are produced in accordance with the PED regulations. The steam generator can be fed directly by the water supply network or by a special steel tank.
The INOX series is available with boilers of different sizes and different power:
- INOX 16, boiler volume 16 lts, and stainless-steel electric heating elements of 7-8-10-12-15 Kw
- INOX 24, boiler volume 25 lts, and stainless-steel electric heating elements of 6-7-8-10-12-14-15-16-18-20-22 kW, with a unique group of heating elements or two groups.
- INOX 60, boiler volume 55 lts, and stainless-steel electric heating elements of 20-24-30-36-40-50- 60 kW, with two groups of heating elements.
- INOX 60 COMBI is composed by two overlapping INOX 60 boilers which can be used at the same time
- INOX 180, composed of three overlapping INOX 60 boilers that can be used at the same time
- Stainless steel tank for water feeding and condensate recovery
- all tank components in contact with water made in stainless steel.
Silver
Silver ironing tables are designed to allow high performance and fast production. For the best use of Silver, we suggest to use with the small-end-right technique, so the iron is held with the right hand while the garment is dried by the air-blowing and the vacuum functions, and the left hand is handling the garment (if the operator is right-handed). Each type of Silver table features a built-in powerful THREE-PHASE vacuum/air-blowing unit. Operator-friendly features, such as the iron suspension, help reducing exertion and speeding up production. Silver is available in three versions, with different board sizes according to the model.

- Silver-A: Vacuum table - available with one of the following board types: Standard, Maxi, Bottle-Neck (BN).
- Silver-S: Vacuum & air-blowing table - available with one of the following board types: Maxi, Bottle-Neck (BN).
- Silver-SV: Vacuum, air-blowing and up-steaming table - available with one of the following board types: Maxi, Bottle-Neck (BN).

Energy efficiency
Improvement of the energy classify cation, due to the use of R-290 refrigerant, electronic fans and optimized circulation of the air for improved temperature uniformity in the interior.
