Goliath

A press with a horizontal head and buck, specifically designed for rapid, flawless pressing of trousers.

Available in 3 versions:

PANTAMASTER – The particular construction of its twin bucks allows to finish both trousers’ legs at the same time, setting the front pleats up to 3 cm from the waistline. Its wide bucks make this machine very versatile and suitable also for finishing knitwear or blankets. Trousers are put on the lower buck and held by a special waistband auto-sizing locking device which sets the pleats. Following this, the semi-rigid frame is lowered allowing the second leg to be laid on the buck. The pressure of the head completes the pressing operation.

PANTAMASTER HQ – Same as Pantamaster with the addition of a heated, air-blowing topper for a very accurate quality of finishing.
DLP-DOUBLE LEGGER PRESS (new) – universal legger press, equipped with automated ironing cycle and intermediate separation frame for the finishing of the second leg:
- Lower buck with live steam, vacuum and air-blowing upon request
- Upper buck with live steam
- Built-in vacuum motor
- Electronic board
- Ready for connection to external steam and air supplies.

GOLIATH Electric steam generators, with electronic water level controls, designed and built for an easy and quick installation. All components are easily accessible allowing simple, straightforward routine maintenance. They are built with high grade materials and conform to PED European Standards.

GOLIATH steam generators, all complete with a feeding pump, safety thermostat, and mechanical door interlock, are available in the following models:

GOLIATH 25, with 20 litters boiler, hourly steam production from 13 to 25 kg, according to the installed power
GOLIATH 50, with 30 litters boiler, hourly steam production from 33 to 49 kg, according to the installed power
GOLIATH 65, with 55 litters boiler, hourly steam production from 41 to 65 kg, according to the installed power
GOLIATH 90, with 55 litters boiler, hourly steam production from 74 to 90 kg, according to the installed power

All versions, with the exception of model GOLIATH 25, are available in a COMBI version, composed of two steam generators completely independent, mounted on top of each other, with 100 litter feeding tank for condensate return.

The GOLIATH 65 and 90 models are perfect to obtain optimal performance from a Shirt finisher, a Collar & Cuff Press and for our LAV PRESS Series with a polished head.
